Receptionist Administrator


الوصف الوظيفي All Front desk activities
Control of the meeting room diary and daily schedule of appointments
Filing Systems and Databases - scanning documents, filing, and electronically naming and saving and ordering e-filing system.
Archiving and maintain filing systems.
CRM Management
Manage the telephone system
Inform clients by email that their documents are expiring
Make all courier bookings
Manage relationships with suppliers
Liaise with other staff members effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks
Complete all general administration in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates and other departments as required
Complete ad hoc special projects as and when required
Assist with the general administration and smooth running of the office
Promote the brand image and values through own appearance and behaviour so that it reflects the high standards of PRO Partner Group
