We are looking for an Accounting Manager for our client in Kuwait
• University degree in Financial Accounting or a similar qualification
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry
Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, assign and coach employees
• Enforce policies and procedures and recommend on operational issues
• Determine system improvements and implement changes to SAP system
• Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions for unusual items
• Meet accounting objectives and maintain financial security by establishing internal controls
• Deal with cash management of factory and sales organizations
• Work closely with country finance management to support operations
• Report internal control weaknesses and interact with auditors on audit issues
• Follow up trade receivable aging and deal with slow moving items
Must be fluent in English & Arabic
