4. Educational programming development and community outreach experience required; health and nutrition communication experience preferred. 5. Long- and short-term planning ability.
6. Ability to develop, plan and execute nutritional programming for individuals and groups alike.
7. Familiarity with food insecurity and federal and District-level programs that address it.
8. No Egyptians candidates.
9. Must be Joining Immediately.
We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. 1- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 2- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. 3- Manage the recruitment and selection process. 4- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. 5- Nurture a positive working environment. 6- Maintain pay plan and benefits program. 7- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs 8- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements of HR Manager Arab national : 1- Proven working experience of 78 years as HR manager or other HR executive. 2- Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 3- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. 4- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. 5- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 6- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 7- Degree in Human Resources or related field. 8- Must be an Arab National.
Requirements for Head of Customer Service Arab National Only :
1. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
2. Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
3. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
4. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports .
5. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
6. Strong client-facing and communication skills.
7. No Egyptians candidates.
8. Must be Joining Immediately.
