Orbex is looking for “ Customer Support Executive “ in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming inquiries and customer issues personally or via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist clients in account opening procedure, collect documents and keep their records.
• Provide support for customer’s trading platform inquiries.
• Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues.
• Keep detailed record of inquiries, comments and complaints and report them to the management.
• Provide training to customers on the use of the Company’s products including website, trading platform and any other related issue.
• Adhering to compliance requirements in dealings involving customer data and privacy
• Assist in preparing new material to further educate our audience in the use of our trading platform, our business concept and our products.
• Participate in the online community and interact with all inquiries or posts about Orbex in the online social networks like Facebook, Twitter, ,Instagram ,LinkedIn…etc.
• Perform different mediums including, live presentations and one to one session.
